Mary Ann spends the first few minutes really listening to the reasons for your visit. She uses that critical info to choose massage techniques to begin the process of healing your sore and aching muscles. Mary Ann will also share helpful activities you can do at home to continue the healing process until your next visit. She's an angel in disguise!

90 minute body vacation
Just had first massage with Mary Ann, she is truly a master at working deep if you need it without getting sore. Mary Ann does exceptionally well working lower back, legs and most importantly the glutes. She knows her stuff.

Monday's massage

Very relaxing and perfect touch
Mary Ann's touch was adjusted perfectly to my needs. Very relaxing and gentle but firm. I really enjoyed the foot warmers, the back warmer, and the other little touches she put into the massage. She also gave me the left over lotion mixed with my essential oil at the end - so nice! I'd definitely come back.

Best Ever
I have have had several massages in my lifetime and Mary Ann is by far the best. She took me on last minute but still took so much care in making sure my needs were met. Mary Ann's techniques were so helpful. I felt like I got some deep tissue experience without the morning after "bruise" feeling. When I went into work the next day, others commented on noticing a spring in my step because I wasn't walking with so much pain. I am grateful to have found Mary Ann!!!

Very Genuine, Very Professional
I had a focused therapeutic massage(if that's even a correct description of services)for my arm pain. She listened attentively to my concerns and worked on all the upper body parts that have a connection to the arm. She gave me some of the massage lotion to take home to help with healing. She also gave me further suggestions of essential oils to use at home along with epsom salt soaks. She has a wonderful genuine laugh which puts you at ease. I do not get massages regularly, but I have experienced others in the past. She was amazing!

Her style is so flowing, professional, and just what I needed for pressure. Parking and amenities are very convenient, all on one level (no stairs or elevator to take, which is nice), and the treatment room ambiance also has that wonderful cozy and professional touch.
